The Sunday morning junior class will start it's first official week this week, the cost is £30 for 10 sessions and we should have 8 in attendance, any of the established junior members who wish to come and help out will be made more than welcome.
 
Last Week:

Thursday- In the Seniors Strokeplay Championship Alan E James was Division 1 and overall winner with a nett 69 . Alun R Davies won division 2 with nett 71 and George Laidlaw won Division 3 with a nett 70. Steven Rees won the Summer League gross and net with 74-3+71.

Friday - In the Knights Gary Thomas Cup Jason Rice won with 42 points! A fabulous result for Carmarthen in the Ping mixed at Ashburnham beating Trefloyne. I'm told Alan and Paula were the stars of the show, congratulations to all.

Saturday - Ladies Stableford 4 winner was Alison Evans with 40pts.

Sunday - In the DC Morgan Mixed Greensome Medal Alison Evans and Mark David Evans won with a nett 68.4

Monday - In the Seniors Centenary Challenge shotgun, where 5 clubs compete against each other in a 4bbb format, Carmarthen were the clear victors with Alan Williams the star of the show winning his match on his own!

Tuesday - Ladies Presidents Day was won by Tracy Waring with 42pts, Division 2 winner was Delyth Rees 38pts and Division 3 winner was Christine Soons with 37pts.

I'd like to thank you all for the kind support you have given me since starting here in March, you make it a real pleasure to come to work and I am enjoying watching the club go from strength to strength as this glorious weather continues.
